senior citizen health

If you’re 60 years and above you are a senior with a lot to look forward to. As an active person you will in all likelihood live for another 30 or 40 years, well into your 90s. The runway is as long as it was all through your working life. All the more reason to have proactive preventive health on your side. Our tools will help you stay on top of things.

“I retired a few years ago and am active physically and mentally. I don’t wish to fall sick and would welcome an easy way to keep tabs on my health.”

– Ramakrishna

women's health

RedMed’s focus on women’s health seeks to offer a lifecycle approach to adult women who require preventive care support for chronic conditions, acute care needs, expectant mothers, parenting, and menopausal and post-menopausal hormone-related peace of mind. The biological complexity a woman endures is complicated by the dual persona of home and work, children, managing work-life balance, and to maintain an even keel. These often take a toll on health. Our intent is to work with our clinic partners to offer on-demand support to help avoid disease and stay healthy.

“I would just love to kick back, relax, and forget myself for a change.”

learning to fly

“everyone thinks of changing the world, but no one thinks of changing himself.”

- Leo Tolstoy

We help people inspire themselves to undertake fundamental changes in their lifestyles that bring about demonstrable results towards good health. Change is always difficult, but with help from behavioural models that draw from behavioural psychology we believe social learning, coaching, and mentoring either virtual or offline hold the possibility for newer and more healthy habits to form, replacing the old. Get in touch with a network clinic to explore the services available that would help you get from awareness to habit for better health.
